The fleet's dispatch compares quotes and approves one. You get the driver's name, phone and unit numbers, then update the job as you go: en route, on site, complete.

What does it cost to join?
Signing up, receiving requests and quoting are free. You set the price for every job. You never pay for a request you don't win.
How do I get paid?
You don't chase the fleet or the driver. When you finish a job, MaintIQ bills the trucking company and pays you your quoted price (less the win fee, if one applies) within 3 days.
Can the driver see I'm on the way?
Yes. Once you're chosen, the driver and their dispatcher get a live tracking link with your location and arrival time while the app is open, so you get fewer "where are you?" calls.
How are requests matched to me?
By the type of work and distance. Tire calls go to tire services and other breakdowns to mechanics, within the radius you choose. While the app is open we use your current location; otherwise we use the base you set.
Do I have to take every request?
No. Decline anything that doesn't suit you, or go offline when you're not working.
Why does my account need approval?
Drivers are stranded on the roadside, so every provider is reviewed before they can see requests or driver details.
When do I get the driver's phone number?
As soon as your quote is approved for the job. Until then you see the problem, location and photos, but not personal details.
